Yanny started practising yoga about 8 years ago and noticed a considerable difference in both her physical and mental well being. Her body felt stronger, leaner, more balanced with better flexibility and the mind clearer, calmer where she felt she could deal with everyday pressures easier and more proactively.

After a yoga retreat in Bali in 2017, where Yanny practised at least twice a day sometimes more, she was hooked and decided to become a yoga teacher. Yanny qualified in December 2018 and feels humbled to be able to pass on all the benefits she has gained from yoga to others.
