Lucy started practising yoga 9 years ago after hearing about its calming effects. Through yoga she found peace of mind and self-acceptance as well as physical strength and flexibility.

Lucy has practiced Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini and many other styles over the years with lots of inspirational teachers. She continues to study yoga philosophy and tradition and will forever be a student.

Lucy is soon to be a qualified Reiki practitioner and will be offering Reiki sessions that can be combined with one to one yoga to create a completely personalised service.
