I’m a specialist practitioner in IBS and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I’ve had my own run of ill health including IBS and chronic fatigue and use my knowledge and specialist training in Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine and Well-being Coaching to help you move forward to achieving your health and well-being goals. I use diagnostic testing including comprehensive stool analysis, hormones, heavy metals, thyroid and adrenals. As well as taking a detailed look at your history, diet and lifestyle, and your emotional health. This helps me to form a complete picture, in order to find the route cause of your chronic condition. What To Expect From A Nutritional Therapy Consultation?

Before the first consultation, you will be provided with a health and nutrition assessment questionnaire as well as a 7 day food diary to complete. At our first meeting we will run through a comprehensive Health Assessment to find out what your issues are. I will then recommend what therapy combination would work best for you. An initial consultation typically lasts 90 minutes, and in this time I will ask detailed questions about current health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, medical history, family history, lifestyle, levels of physical activity, use of medication and supplements and diet. I will then evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme.

Follow up consultations are generally after four weeks in order to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments. Further follow-ups may be required depending on each individual situation.
