Chocolate and Banana Pancakes



  • 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • ¼ cup plenish coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 banana (ripe)



  1. Blend everything to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat coconut oil in frying pan. Add small amount of batter, when bubbles form, flip and cook on the other side.
  3. Serve with berries of your choice, add nut butter for extra protein.
