Beauty Breakfast – Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Yeast Free



      1. Before you go to bed, take a tub of Coyo coconut yoghurt.
      2. Mix it with almond milk to form a shake.


Throw in the following:

      1. A handful of gluten free porridge oats.
      2. 1 tablespoon of linseeds.
      3. A few chopped prunes & apricots.
      4. Some seeds, such as pumpkin, sesame, and/or sunflower seeds.
      5. A small handful of nuts, any will do, or mix them up.
      6. Leave in the fridge to ferment overnight, and eat in the morning on its own or with some fresh fruit or berries.
