Chocolate and Banana Pancakes
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- ¼ cup plenish coconut or almond milk
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 banana (ripe)
- Blend everything to a smooth paste.
- Heat coconut oil in frying pan. Add small amount of batter, when bubbles form, flip and cook on the other side.
- Serve with berries of your choice, add nut butter for extra protein.
