Beauty Breakfast – Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Yeast Free
- Before you go to bed, take a tub of Coyo coconut yoghurt.
- Mix it with almond milk to form a shake.
Throw in the following:
- A handful of gluten free porridge oats.
- 1 tablespoon of linseeds.
- A few chopped prunes & apricots.
- Some seeds, such as pumpkin, sesame, and/or sunflower seeds.
- A small handful of nuts, any will do, or mix them up.
- Leave in the fridge to ferment overnight, and eat in the morning on its own or with some fresh fruit or berries.
